Photosnack is the best on-line tool i’ve ever tried to build embeddable slideshows. Easy to use, fast, wonderful.

I have uploaded my photos, created my slideshow, entered in all of the registration information, and have been waiting for a couple of days now for my email confirmation. I have even sent emails through the contact link, and have had zero response.
Do you just not like me?

I do not know what happened, but today my account was mysteriously active. I have not received any confirmation emails that I should reply to, nor have I received any answers to my pleas for assistance.
I visited the BannerSnack site (based on the information in the blog about the logins being good both), and I was able to login on that site with the information that I had provided here. So I came back here and tried to login, and was able to.
Again, I received no confirmation email as was stated in the sign up process. But, my slideshow was there, and I was able to grab the code and post it to my site.
Now I just need to think about how this experience, and the lack of communication, will play into my review of this service.

I’m sorry for this late reply. It seems that there are some problems with the servers from 1and1.co.uk. That’s the reason you didn’t receive the confirmation emails. So my colleague, Alin, had to take care of the activation manually.
For further issues, please write us at support[at]photosnack[dot]com for quicker answers. And try to use a different email address to make sure our replies don’t get stuck on their way.
Again, we’re sorry for the inconveniences… We hope you’ll enjoy using PhotoSnack however.
